A Faculty-driven, student-centered approach to our future
Management plans to eliminate six academic departments and over 20 degree programs, including the English Master’s program, Women’s and Gender Studies, Physics, Environmental Sciences, and more. The proposed cuts strip away crucial aspects of campus life such as Athletics, Theater, and Dance.
Over 130 members of faculty and staff will lose their job. The entire athletic department will be shut down after spring 2025.
